Frequently Asked Questions
When does my Pack Crates Box ship?
We ship our booster pack crates boxes around the 15th of each month.
Can i cancel my order/subscription?
You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. Subscription’s can be cancelled any time through out your account.
Are the booster pack factory sealed and untempered?
All our booster packs are case/box fresh, untempered and factory seal. We are real collectors not scalpers!
If i order after the 15th will i be billed twice?
If you order a subscription box after the 15th, you will be billed for the next month once.
Can i return my box if i do not like the packs?
If you do not like your pack crates boxes you can return it within 14 business days after receiving your order. You can sent it back to our address (see contact page) with a notification fo your order number.
Will there be duplicate boxes?
If your have an active box subscription we will do our best to keep each box as unique on packs as can be. Due to market conditions it can happend that there will be same packs as boxes before.
Do you ship outside The Netherlands?
We ship our products WorldWide. Since we ship from The Netherlands shipping costs outside EU can be expensive.
What Language are your booster packs?
All our booster packs are English if not noted that its different than english.
